How we work….
Step 1: Initial Consultation
We will take your brief, which will include making suggestions, offering ideas and suggesting how your individual design ideas can be incorporated successfully. From your brief, we will produce basic technical drawings, 3D visuals and an initial quote. We will make suggestions on woods, materials, finishes etc.
Step 2: Design Development
Once you have chosen Rozen to make your furniture, we will secure your commission by way of a deposit. At our second meeting with you, we will go through the drawings noting any changes you might like.
Step 3: Present Design
Following on from the design development, we can then meet to present the final joinery drawings. There is still an opportunity to make some final changes if required.
Step 4: Site Survey
One of our senior makers will visit your home or site to take final measurements and liaise with the Rozen design team, finalising where any changes to the design need to be made.
Step 5: Design approval + order confirmation
Once the final design has been refined, we will ask you to confirm that you are happy to for us to move onto the production of your project.
Step 6: In Production
We invite you to the workshop to view your project being made. Your dedicated project designer and maker will meet with you to discuss final touches such as handles, finish and colour.
Step 7: Installation
Once the piece is ready for delivery and fitting, the project will be delivered and the fitter briefed. During installation, a member of the design team or a senior maker will visit site to check all is proceeding well.
Step 8: Final Inspection
When the work is in situ, your project designer will make a final visit to ensure everything is up to our high standards before signing it off, ready for you to enjoy
